Order Processing
Orders are processed within 16 to 24h after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Mainland Spain: 1 to 2 business days depending on shipping method
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 1 to 2 business days
- Europe (EU): 1 to 2 business days depending on shipping method
- Rest of the world: 1 to 2 business days depending on shipping method

Order Tracking

Glowgetter is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control.
